Shipping
Information & Rate
We ship worldwide. The shipping method is International Parcel
Service of Bangladesh Post Office. We have found its the cheapest
among all available options. The Postal Service divides the world
into 4 zones. Your shipping rate will depend on the following
factors:
- The zone in which the destination country belongs.
- The total weight of your order.
International Parcel Service takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
We ship most orders in 3-5 business days.
The shipping cost also includes a fixed handling and processing
charge.
To find the exact shipping & processing cost for your order,
select the destination country in the shopping cart and it will
calculate and display the shipping cost. The cost is adjusted
as you add or remove items to your shopping cart.
Payment
Options

We provide two payment options.
If you are a Bangladeshi visitor or have access to Bangladeshi Visa or Master debit cart, credit card or DBBL Nexus card then you can proceed to your payments via our local payment gateway.
Also we accept all major Credit Cards and you can place order from
any country in the world as long you use a valid Credit Card.
Our payment processor is currently PayPal, which is a major
payment processing company globally.
Your information is completely
safe and secure. In fact, we never get your payment related information
like credit card number etc. from our payment processor, its kept
confidential.
Order
Processing and Tracking
Most orders are processed in 3-5 business days. You will receive
an Email from us when an order is shipped. In rare occasions,
we may run out of some items you order. If this happens, we will
notify you to your Email address and you will have the options
to choose an alternate item, or exclude the item from the order,
or cancel the order altogether.
Bangladesh Post Office doesn't provide any shipment tracking
service. Therefore, we are unable to offer a shipment tracking
feature.
Also, after the books are shipped to the customer, the responsibility for delivering the books is entirely on the hands of the postal service. For any loss or delay on behalf of the postal service to deliver the books, Boi-Mela will not be held responsible such action. Bangladesh Postal Service does not provide postal insurance either.
